What is your body trying to tell you?
One of the biggest lessons in my work over the years has been this:
Symptoms are not random.
They are not mistakes.
They are not the body “malfunctioning” for no reason.
More often than not, they follow a pattern.
They appear at particular times. During certain pressures. Around specific people. At predictable stages of life.
I’ve seen constipation flare during periods of unspoken tension.
Headaches arriving just before difficult decisions.
Fatigue settling in after years of holding everything together.
Not because the body is weak.
But because it is responding.
When you begin to look at health and illness this way, something changes.
Instead of asking “How do I get rid of this?”
You begin asking “What is this showing me?”
That question opens a very different door.
Because when you understand the pattern, you’re no longer fighting your body.
You’re listening to it.
And that changes everything.
