The One Symptom that changes Everything
When trying to decide the best remedy to give, one symptom can completely change the picture and help you decide.
You might have narrowed things down to two or three remedies and they all seem to fit reasonably well and you cannot decide on what to give! This is quite common actually so trying to find the SRP (strange rare or peculiar) can really help.
Some examples of this –
- Symptoms worse at 3am (Kali-c)
- Really wants cold drinks (Phos)
- Feel better for fresh air (Puls)
- Cannot bear to be touched (Hep)
- Clingy and wants someone with them all the time (Puls)
That one detail might be very useful to point you in the right direction for choosing your remedy.
This is why you’ll hear people talk about the SRP (strange rare peculiar) — the things that make you think “that’s odd” or “I wouldn’t have thought that mattered.” but very often, it does matter.
Getting used to determining which information is important is a skill that is learned with practice.
